My name is Jesus, but my friends call me Chucho. This business began inspired by my lifelong passion for cooking since I was 7 years old in Mexico under the guidance of my grandmother, Nati. This passion led me to study culinary arts and later acquire a Master's Degree within the food industry.
My grandma taught me that food is more than sustenance—it’s a way to connect with family and culture, and a means to express what sometimes cannot be shared through words.
After moving to Canada in 2019, I turned this passion into a part-time business offering churro packs and small meals for my friends and colleagues. As more people started to ask about my offerings, I expanded to farmers’ markets and local events.
What started as a small project has grown into a full brand rooted in Mexican tradition and Canadian craftsmanship. Transitioning from home pick-ups to a commercial kitchen, we’ve built strong connections through our authentic churros, tacos, and other foods, sparking joyful memories of Mexican culture for our customers.
In the quest to bring something authentic, traditional, and versatile for busy Canadians, I decided to create our very own frozen churros as we work on introducing more products.
We’re proud to share the authentic flavors of Mexican cuisine with Canadian families, creating a commitment and original offering for them.
